The City of Bryan, in partnership with the Texas Department of Transportation and the Bryan/College Station Metropolitan Planning Organization, is planning safety and mobility improvements for William J. •
  • Access and connections that consider the blend of residential, commercial, park, and historic properties
  •

  •
  • Traffic congestion

  •
  • Environment
  •
  • Location and placement of utilities
